No—and smoothies don’t lose their fiber either. Juice does, because the solids are all removed. But if you’ve put everything into the blender, the fiber’s still there. As a doctor friend of mine put it, “the fiber keeps working through your body after going through chewing and stomach acid, so no, a blender doesn’t have a chance.”
