Vitamin C and D, Zinc and Magnesium for example?
The gummy vitamins have carbs so I’d stay away from those. Regular vitamins should be negligible. I believe vitamin D is fat soluble, so you’ll get little benefit taking it while fasting. I could be wrong
It’s possible that there is a short term disruption from the fillers. Look at the ingredients and see. Vitamin D is fat soluble so if it is in a liquid cap it’s likely got a little fat. Otherwise, you likely are not getting limited benefit from it without a meal. You might want to trade that one for some good old fashioned sun while fasting.
