I know it depends on what those supplements contain. So here are the ingredients : zinc gluconate, ascorbic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, talc, croscarmellose, magnesium stearate, orange flavour. (These are translated, so I hope they make sense)
I can’t imagine the tiny amount of starch would make much of a difference. Microcrystalline cellulose is non-digestible, it’s wood pulp and you’ll just pass it. Nothing else there has any caloric value. Personally I just take any vitamins with my meal when it’s time because they upset my stomach when it’s empty.
