No. I tried one once (on day 2 or 3), before I had read much about dry fasting. My body just absorbed the water without ever pooping.
Later, I read that Dr. Shennikov suggests that absolutely no water enter your GI tract during a dry fast. The results of my emena above are why. Your body will just absorb the water and negate the dry fast.
Better to do before or after. The Phoenix Protocol book shares a bit of Shennikov’s advice if you want to go deeper.
