I’ve been doing OMAD for about a year, and have always wanted to try an extended fast. Do you guys eat a regular sized meal before starting your fast? Me with no experience would think a large meal would help you get through the EF.
I usually eat pasta or pizza 🫣 have some chocolate too and maybe wine, I know it’s terrible but I usually gorge before a extended fast. But I do know already being in keto is the smart thing to do and makes it easier.
