it’s easy to become malnourished on omad which is why it’s recommended to get at least 1200 kcals or more with your daily meal, this could be why you’re experiencing hair loss. supplementing also helps if you’re not doing that already
No, you are not eating enough. You need to look into your calories and nutrients. I personally switched to ADF from OMAD because it gives me an opportunity to eat more and replenish my body with healthy nutrients.
