Do you feel guilty during holiday?

When I started fasting, and I didn’t respect my schedule during holiday, at the beginning, I felt really really bad.

But after I became confident intermittent fasting was a lifestyle I’ll stick with, all the guilt disappeared and only now I’m able to confidently enjoy my holiday!

Answer

I have the same outlook. This has worked so well for me that if I indulge from time to time it’s no big deal. I am still in the losing phase so I’m not choosing to do so often at all but when I do, no regrets. It makes it all so easy to keep going.

Answer

Life is too short to deny the pleasure of enjoying your holiday with friends and loved ones.

Personally I’m m not super restrictive or deny food during holidays. I am now simply more aware of what I’m eating and of how my body feels. I don’t eat so mindlessly anymore, I stop once I’m full and just say “no thank you, I’m already pretty full” when offered other food/sweets.
