I agree, the information is stupidly hard to find, but you don’t need to download the doc, it’s all there on the gov website.

And no, I don’t follow it. I think it focuses too heavily on grains which make me feel like shit. I developed a meal plan tailored to my tastes and needs.

God no, i don’t even know what they are. I do know a lot of stuff says “based on a 2000 calorie diet,” which for me is too little and for my wife would be too much. I don’t know where they come up with this stuff.
