I have found for weight loss I do better with TMAD plus ADF of @ 42 hours. I have heard Dr. Nadia who works with Dr. Fung say that many who come to their clinic had done OMAD and did not get the results they wanted. I find eating more, with lots of healthy fats, plus rolling, consistent 42 hour fasts with occasional longer fasts is great for steady weight loss and good health/energy. When I do not eat enough I sometimes kind of stall. Do not forget salt when fasting, when I do not get either salt or enough water I tend to retain water when fasting. For women in particular, OMAD and extended fasting may spike cortisol.
