I freeze my ass off. I’ve lost very little weight but have been working out. Another words my Bp has been dropping. I got my meds lowered and that actually helped. If you haven’t you may start monitoring your bp. My wife is at the age where she is hot then cold so I may not be getting the normal thermostat setting all the time. But to your question I usually get cold especially in a 18 plus hour fast. Hope this helps
