Answer

Depends on your calories out tbh. If you’re burning 3k calories a day, a pound of turkey burger is practically a snack… If you’re burning 1k calories a day, might want to cut back and explore adding chia seeds or something with medium protein, lots of fiber and because they swell, they keep you full longer.

Answer

A pound of turkey burger has something like 96 grams of protein. Your body absolutly cannot process that level of protein from one sitting. It’s not great for your liver and it’s just generally not healthy or beneficial.

I think a pound of turkey burger in a day is fine. A pound for dinner is not. Try doing half a pound and a sweet potato, or if you really want to stay low carb some carrots or brocolli.
