Easy. Roll 72 hour dry fasts. Refeed window no greater than 2 hours, zero carb, 1000 calories and 1 litre of snake juice then roll straight into the next dry 72. You will lose 25 pounds in less than 2 weeks.
It can be done but man.. Give yourself more time.
I am F- SW-145.. GW- 125.. Time Frame 6 weeks. I workout alot and so my refeeds are 1000 with rolling 48’s. I know I will get there but any tips on keeping it off once I reach my goal? Any tips on improving sleep:(
