So for the last 5 days I’ve been fasting 18 hours a day and I feel like I’m getting more bloated rather than losing Wieght, should I move onto no food for a few days or drinking less water or what?
First…no, don’t drink less water. This will likely make it worse.
Are you potentially eating higher sodium foods when eating? This can cause bloating when you fast. Another factor is carbs. If you are taking in a bunch of carbs while eating after fasting, you can also become bloated. When you fast, you trim water. Carbs, especially starchy ones, retain water. This can hit you harder after fasting.
