most people feel better after a fasting. I black fasted (with water) for 3 whole days and I feel worse, feels like I wanna cry, feeling guilty and shameful and overall baad.
It feels like these came from my deeper self, is it normal? I even got a small rash skin on my hand, quite small but visible.

Your Brain Rewards You Twice When You Eat
Emotional release is a norm on fasting, which for many is why I don’t recommend using stimulants Like coffee to get through it. You’re taxing every part of you when you fast, especially emotionally. Contemplate what comes up be honest with yourself and think about it with a clear head and understand that is a part of the experience. Take it easy and don’t be so hard on yourself. Gluck bud

Try to get some extra sleep in (Let the brain process)
And get some walking in (Being outside with d-vitamins and positive hormones from moving)
Fasting and the above can make you smile for 0 reason after a while.
