Air frying doesn’t reduce calories. It requires little to no oil or fat during the cooking process. Therefore by air frying you are ideally not adding an excess amount of calories to what you’re already consuming. 👍🏼
Air frying technically reduces the amount of fat in fatty foods as oils and fat tend to drip out of things when you air fry them.
However, since there’s no good way to measure what’s been lost, it’s probably best to consider the fat loss negligible.
