I’m struggling to drink it even though I take small amounts and dilute it - and use a straw to prevent damage to teeth. I also make sure to brush my teeth afterwards. I have found that it DOES help me quite a bit. I wasn’t losing weight then started drinking it and only then saw some movement on the scale.
