My hunger goes through the roof when I eat chicken, eggs, protein shakes but not when I eat rice, pasta and bread. I’ve always been like this and it’s not recent. So what’s the deal?
Eating lower fat protein can do this to me. I can eat a salad with grilled chicken breast and feel hungry again an hour or two later. If I eat something fattier like salad with pork belly or sardines in oil, I don’t get hungry afterwards.
