Answer

Be very careful with this… there’s a fine line between healthy fasting and eating disorders. It might be time to cut back on the fasting and re-evaluate your weight loss methods. Eating a healthy meal after a fast is a victory!

Answer

Yes, when I first started. How long have you been doing it? I remember doing a 48 hour fast for the first time ever a few months ago, felt super happy and positive leading up to eating, then after I broke my fast I felt like a sudden deep depression out of no where. Idk why but it seems to have naturally resolved itself for me.

Answer

Be aware of the foods you are breaking your fast with. Sugar and carbs are going to make you crash and feel awful. Veer more towards veggies and proteins and start with a smaller portions so your body can ease back into the digestive process instead of being overwhelmed with a big meal.
