Does anyone have extensive records of their own blood glucose, and ketone levels, during dry fasts?

I began tracking my blood glucose, and ketone levels, during my fast yesterday. I’ve only tested and experimented in the past, so I do not have extensive records. I will record on a daily basis for the foreseeable future in order to gauge the information.

Does anyone else have their own records already?

Answer

I am a diabetic so measure blood glucose all the time. Blood glucose is very stable all day during 3/4 days of dry fast, but the longer I go, the higher my blood glucose goes. I think this is due to the stress. I stop sleeping & I think my body is under too much stress in a prolonged dry fast.

I don’t think a non-diabetic would have high blood sugars on a long dry fast, but your body will be producing more insulin.

I am currently doing rolling 72hr dry fasts & it’s working very well. Stable blood sugars all day
