I was wondering if anyone has experience with Dr. Mike Israel?
It sounds like a more effective method than adding 50-100 calories a week.
I am very curious about the responses.
So I haven’t been through the whole cycle since I haven’t properly stopped yet, but I do prefer to cut my in theory deficit in 1/2 as a starting point to taking a break and then making 250 calorie adjustments.
Going up 50-100 calories just feels way to pithy. Like in the margins of error for nutritional labels and just daily adherence.
