Recent research suggests it’s better to eat the most in the am. We have better insulin sensitivity , possibly better metabolism, our gut biome is different and numerous studies show breakfast eaters live longer. Unfortunately for those of us who have dinner as family time, that’s really hard. I would love to skip dinner tbh, I hate the cooking cleaning etc but family dinner is important in other ways…if I lived solo thou I’d do it !
I work night shift, and then live “day shift” on my weekends. On the days I am working I wake up and eat one big meal and go to work. So sometimes, I eat breakfast only. but on the weekends I have a longer eating window.
