Does dry fasting heal emotional trauma?

I wanna know cuz I keep having nightmares and I can’t see anything else positive in my future. I have a good circle of friends and my community is really supportive. There’s no reason for me to be like this. I just feel like an anxious dog who is scared of his own pet owner.

Yeah fasting is good. Meditation is super important too. If you want I’d be willing to do a 30-45 minute google call going over different meditation types and goals. Been meditating for almost 15 years now. I definitely notice a difference when I do it consistently.

Diet and exercise is also the other half of the equation. If I eat like shit I feel like shit. And if I don’t do strength training then I carry all this nervous energy in the body. And of course meditation lets you process mental stuff too. I’ll have thoughts trying to speak to me forever and in meditation if I let it run uninterrupted for like 30 seconds it’s gone forever.
