I’ve been searching for days, and have yet to encounter a concrete answer… Everything that I’ve read have been opinions and inferences. I want a definite answer whether eating whole coffee beans actually break a fast or not. Has anyone tested themselves, with actual blood tests, in order to determine if they break a fast?

If no one has a concrete answer for me in the next 24 hours, I will have to give up and conduct this experiment for myself. I will report my results with you all because there’s no way that I’m the only person who wants to know this information.
>Coffee beans have a lot of carbohydrates in addition to protein and fat. One coffee bean, for example, contains 260 calories per 50 g serving. Four grams of protein, thirteen grams of fat, and thirty-one grams of carbohydrates are present in this serving.
Coffee beans are a seed. As a rule of thumb, seeds usually have all necessary nutrients for the new plant to grow, so I’d assume whole coffee beans have a bit of everything in terms of carbs, fats and proteins. Not sure how roasting affects this.Would probably never eat them but curiosity is killing me, please report back 😅
