Does eating one meal a day or very low calories have the same effects as fasting?

I’m not sure how safe it is for me to do a multiple day fast. I’m wondering if a 24 hour fast or just eating little throughout the day can provide similar benefits.

when you eat thoughout the day, even if eating very low, insulin does not get a change to go down, and fat can’t be used if insulin is high, if you are eating less and fat can’t be used for enery, your body will reduce matabolism by turning off functions that are not neccessary to stay alive at the moment, your immune system will suffer, you may expeience hair loss among many other problems, I think thats what many people experiennce when they that fasting is give you weakness, they donw’t know the diffenrce between fasting and eating less.

Eating nothing is way healthier than reduced diet because of autophagy alone. For loosing weight and healing, fasting is the move. Try to do one sensible meal a day with no snacks, every other day, 2 cycles, for practice. If you can get some steps in while fasting, you’ll look and feel better, 💯
