Yes and no. The thing about vegetables is you have to eat a lot of them in order to attain the nutritional value that is sought or recommended. It’s one of the reasons people like to juice them instead. It’s also one of the reasons people consume salads as the entire basis of the meal is in fact vegetables (though salads have become their own creation of chaos in that we no longer care about the vegetable part in terms of significance. It’s the add-ons that seem to matter more now).

The main nutritional content you get out of most vegetables is the contained water value. Again, you need to eat a LOT of vegetables to get what it is you need/seek from them nutritionally.

A quarter cup of cilantro provides primarily about 1% of the recommended DV for iron and that is about all cilantro is good for nutritionally.

Quarter cup of basil is roughly the same in iron content, but basil does also provide minor quantities of fiber, protein, calcium, and potassium. Iron is the most significant valued portion in terms of amount supplied.

Most people do not consume spices/herbs in their raw form in great abundance due to the intensity that might come with such consumption. Because they are very flavorful or fragrant and it can be overpowering for some people. But if you like what you like, what’s to stop you?

Considering what these herbs cost on their own, it is more economical to get bagged salad or put together your own ensemble. Including things like carrots, broccoli, celery, cucumber, and even olives.
