It all depends on goals etc. Breaking a fast is breaking a fast but you most likely will stay in ketosis through that. It’s also a good idea to “ prime the pump “ after any break fast 24 hrs +. I do mostly extended fasting ( 48/ 65+ ) and roll that throughout my week as tolerated and if I break a let’s say 72 hour fast at 71 1/2 hours to have a few nuts and maybe a little broth to get my belly started I sometimes won’t hit the end fast button until the 72nd hour.
