Answer

Fish oil does not have to have vitamin A in it, and it 100% causes some serious brain fog, all you need to do is search that. it also causes indigestion. It’s literally the worst supplement. Fish oil in a pill is different from whatever fatty acids that are normally in a fish. Vitamin A is the most wide spread nutrient deficiency in the western world. You shouldn’t be worried about vitamin A toxicity, eat a couple ounces of liver a day as a multivitamin, and throw the fish oil in the trash.

Answer

Cod liver is the only one that should have vitamin A in it, you can always check the supplement facts and see if it’s listed if you aren’t sure. Vitamin A toxicity is not something you wanna mess around with, accutane is vitamin A but I believe it doesn’t get absorbed into fat or something, either way, you need monthly blood tests and it can also cause SEVERE birth defects. I wouldn’t take any vitamin A, I would either get beta-carotene from plants or take a beta-carotene supplement (your body converts beta-carotene to vitamin A but the chance of toxicity is basically nonexistent). Take too much and you’ll turn orange though
