Answer

Some have good success with a consistent feeding schedule, especially if you’re just starting out. Train your body to fast without breakfast or dinner consistently. Then once your body adapts to fasting it’s easier to vary it without problems with headaches etc. I’ve been fasting for almost 4 months now and stopped losing weight with 18/6 and changed to ADF 36/12 and am slowly losing weight again (on the last 10-15lbs) sometimes doing OMAD depending on my work schedule. The body’s adapt to set schedules quicker than others and changing up the fasting schedule can help with weight plateaus. You have to find what works for you.

Answer

would not suggest exact same hours but give yourself a range that can be adjusted taking into account hours you have to spend with family and friends.

I’m normally 44-48 with feeding window from 2-6pm but spending my vacation with family for the past week I adjusted to 16:8 11am-7pm. They respect the fact that Im not having breakfast.
