I am looking at starting a 16/8 fast and eating between 10-6. There are days that I will have meeting at 10. If on that day I eat between 9-5 or 8-4 does it make a big difference?a
Just want to chime in…my work/family schedule can be a little wiggy…i adjust this way:
For every 30 minutes I break my fast before the 16 hour mark, i extend my next fasting window by 1 hour…I up my water/green tea intake on that extension. (And I haven’t broken my fasting window by more than that so far).
You will need to make adjustments…life happens. It’s a matter of what’s important (family for one & those family special occasions). The point is to be cognizant to pivot when absolutely needed.
