No. Some people (myself included) will argue that anything with flavor breaks a fast because it causes an insulin response - however fleeting that may be in some cases. I would argue, however, that La Croix has no flavor whatsoever 😊🤷 Fwiw, in Dr. Fung’s private group they bring that up often, and it’s widely accepted as ok.
