If your fasting for autophagy, it’s my understanding that green tea and apple cider vinegar are actually helpful in promoting/boosting autophagy. I think based on what I’ve learned that you’re fine despite the caloric intake. And for what it’s worth, I use acv every day even on fasts

If you want to make sure you’re boosting autophagy during a fast, exercise is a safe one, too. Ramps it up with no risk of calories kicking you out. Just mind your electrolytes
