Does prolonged dry fasting exude peak human efficiency?

As I'm nearing the end of day 6, and awaiting to begin day 7, I feel dissatisfied with my progress thus far. My third 7 day dry fast has taken a turn, compared to the previous ones. The reason as to why I'm dissatisfied is because what I feel right now, is what I feel in my sober, normal baseline. I must've fasted enough times to incorporate the benefits into my normal baseline. Is dry fasting what exudes a human at peak efficiency? Believe me when I say that I had a few moments where I would've chugged a bottle of Gerolsteiner water, however, I triumphed through. Tomorrow, I will create a new post with my blood samples from this dry fast session thus far. I really want to push through to day 15+ because I ***must*** know if the psychedelic-like effects actually take over, at least for my personal experience. From today's weight, I believe that I have about another \~27 lb remaining before I would actually end the fast. From all of my fasting sessions, the alertness and focus do not compare to a low dose of psi. Right now, I'm not as enhanced as when I am on psi.

“ I must’ve fasted enough times to incorporate the benefits into my normal baseline. “ no, you’re just keto adapted now, dry fasting comes reasonably bad keto flu because your body isn’t used to switching energy sources
