Hi, I’m diagnosed with ADHD and have been taking a low-dose (20MG) adderall since 2018. I like doing IF, but since I need to take adderall first thing in the morning, which is during my fasting window, would that stop the health benefits of fasting? (longevity, etc.)

No. It categorically will not. And even if it did dont ever even consider skipping your meds just for the sake of a fast. Also adderal is going to make you burn through calories faster so even if it did then it would be offset by the fact you are taking an amphetamine.
