Yes, I can feel a difference when I take a gummy. Placebo effect? Maybe. But I found some stevia-sweetened gummies. You might want to give them a try so they don’t raise your insulin (or give you cavities at night) :)

When I took those daily for a week, my losses weren’t consistent to when I didn’t eat them. Maybe there were other factors, but that always stood out to me. I haven’t had them in over 4 months. My progression is back on track. So just take a vitamin tablet, and stick to the pill form of melatonin and see if you notice anything
