Personally, if I’m eating at a calorie deficit I’m generally a bit more lethargic. If the deficit is too great, or I’m getting too few carbs in relation to exercise, I get very lethargic and end up in bed earlier. I haven’t noticed any difference in quality of sleep though, even when fasting for 24+ hours.

This is all anecdotal and personal experience though.

Sort of, amounts and timing can have an impact as well, you generally don’t want to eat right before bed, not because of fat storage or anything like that but more so blood sugar trends, if you spike your blood sugar with a big meal and fall asleep while your blood sugar is elevated, once it starts coming down that can signal your body to “wake up”.
