I have to drink tea in the morning, i can’t function without hot tea. i’ve been drinking these type of flavored herbal teas for a while, but i am wondering if these type of teas are ok to drink while doing IF? Thank you in advance….
I stick to a clean fast and only do black coffee and plain tea from actual tea leaves (green, black, etc.). YMMV but I’ve read that flavored/herbal teas do elicit an insulin response and can break a fast, so I just avoid them to be safe.
