Yes it does. I am now in maintenance mode and still do IF. I find that I like working out before I have eaten every day now. Before IF i always thought I had to eat before working out. The only thing for me that becomes an issue is the length and intensity. If I try and do a longer then normal workout before eating I can feel that much more then if I had ate. But this would be doing a hard workout longer then 1 hour for example. So I either eat before a long activity or bring food with me to eat during which you likely would do even without doing IF.
