Does your calories martter?

I notice my eating calories for the day is 1300 to 1500 and burn 3000 a day but my nutrition comes out to 180g in carbs, 50g in fat, and 50 in protein…could the food content be why I do not have weight loss?

I do take a lot of salt with my food to combat low blood pressure issue according to my doc…idk if salt makes a difference

Answer

Do you have a scale that measures body fat %? That could give you more insight to changes. Theoretically burning twice as many calories as you eat should cause you to lose weight regardless, but the quality of the calories matter too. And the macros ratio. I’d consider changing your macro ratio by upping the protein and reducing the carbs.
