I’m 75 hours into 30 days fasting, and I saw in other post that electrolytes are easier to drink with sparkling water than just normal water.
So, sparkling water is soda?
Soda/club soda (but not soda pop, which has sweeteners), effervescence, artesian, seltzer, and carbonated are all basically the same. Might have some mineral differences, and occasionally I wind up with “still” artesian water. All are under a couple calories.
