Your clothes fitting better is a pretty good sign that you are losing fat. Lifting weights will increase muscle mass. The Mediterranean diet is one of the best out there. Just try to avoid carbs…pastas, breads, white rice. That’ll help you stay very low carb and should help you see good results. Don’t forget to drink lots of water as well.
