I recently completed a 10 day fast, checkout my post for results. I drank “snake juice” this time around. That’s all I drank, albeit approximately 1L a day. If I was to do it again, I would drink plain water and supplement with snake juice on a need basis, maybe starting day 5-6. Good luck on your journey

Yeah, I think it has a lot to do with your diet before the fast. I think that’s important. I’ve been doing lazy keto (not tracking) for a while. I’m starting a fast today. My goal is 10 days. If I feel up to it I’m going to push to 21. Maybe 28. Sounds insane when you say it out loud.
Trying this again. I’m over 72 hours into a 10 day water fast. I’m drinking spring water that I got from wal-mart, taking potassium and magnesium supplements. I’m also eating sea salt for water retention.
My big worry right now is about hair. Will I lose it? Will what I’m taking be enough to prevent that? I’ve seen a few people say they lost a ton of hair. It’s only for 10 days and I have 7 left. I feel okay so far aside from feeling occasional lethargy.
