For me it’s a definite yes, I started with 16:8 and now doing 18:6. Red areas around my nose disappeared quite quickly. I hope to never return to those days when a lot of my time was spent in trying to treat that area with all kind of creams and moistures.
I’m 47 and do keto w/more protein. 16:8 for a couple of months and just recently changed to 20:4. My face has more color in it and definitely look younger. I do a fasted workout before eating dinner. After fasting all night and the next day, I somehow have plenty of energy for an intense workout. It’s taken me by surprise that I can just not eat for almost a whole day and go lift weights with the same energy I could full of carbs.
Sadly can also confirm that IF is not reversing any balding :|.
