Doing a 20 day water fast for weight loss

I’ve passed 48 hours, so far so good I’ve been steadily dropping a kilogram every day and I hope to keep it going, I hope I have the motivation to go through the 20 day fast. Looking for people who are fasting(preferably for weight loss) so that we can motivate each other. Before starting my water fast I was at 96 kilos/211 pounds and as of posting this right now I’m 92.5/203 pounds (I weighed in the morning before I started fasting, but I don’t think I could’ve possibly been 96 back then, maybe it’s water or just something else, but I doubt I could’ve dropped 4 kilos in less than 3 days). Current goal is to drop to at bare minimum 80kg / 176 pounds.

Also looking for advice on how to break the fast without getting all my kilograms back.

EDIT 1: Also looking for any tips anyone can give me, since this is my second go at a water fast, first one was 5 days long.(which didn’t matter because I overate the next two days and just gained it all back)

We started at about the same weight! Let’s be buddies :-) I did a 14 day fast at 200 last month and dropped down to 188 and kept it off. Now I’m on day 3 (starting at 188) of another 14 day fast I’m currently at 180.

Sorry I completely forgot about this thread.

So basically my parents found out that I hadn’t eaten in 7 days and freaked out, and I was forced to stop my fast :(

UPDATE: Most I can really do is two day fasts to get away with it, any advice on how to keep the kilograms lost would be welcome.
