Doing a 30 day water/dry fast

Im going to be doing a 30 day water/dry fast. Im thinking about doing 48 hour water fasts, followed by a 24 hour dry fast.

My question is on the days im doing a water fast, how much water should I consume? On these days I do have Magnesium,Sodium,Potassium, and Boron packets I can put in my water, but how much water should I actually consume? Should i over hydrate, or have very little water?

If you start on Saturday, you’ll do the 30 days of fasting alongside the entire muslim community :) we do 15hr fasts with two meals at night typically - if you know any Muslims, I’m sure they’ll accompany you, I know it’s easier to stick to goals if you have support from outskde!

I did this for 33 days in Fed-March of 2020. The first 4 days were dry and the remaining 29 were a combination of dry and water. I didn’t desire water daily but when I did drink it was no more that 16oz. I know this for a fact because I’d fill up my 16oz mason jar at the beginning of the day take a sip then put it back in the refrigerator. Some days that sip or those few sips was all my body needed. I didn’t force anything I just trusted the universe and went with the flow. Don’t use no supplements you won’t need them and that breaks the fast.
