Doing a 7 day dry fast and wondering if I can refeed with a keto meal?

Doing a 7 day dry fast and wondering if I can refeed with a keto meal? I will start the 7 day dry fast again after my one day break and repeat the process.

Don’t want to gain any weight back but also don’t just want to drink water and hop back to doing another 7 days. I feel like I will eventually break it and feel bad so I want to be able to eat something during the 1 day break after each 7 days.

Thanks!

Personally, I have found that carnivore works best for me. I just finished a 6 day water fast and ate eggs and meat right away. Lots of bacon too. No issues like I have with keto or high carb. That tells me that I shouldn’t eat plants and grains.

My stomach is not bloated and I feel great. Started a dry fast last night.

In some books, it is indicated that the time to wait before returning to a normal diet should be equal to double the duration of the fast. And they talk about water fasting. I think that with 4+ day dry fasts this rule should be taken into account even if I know that the duration seems very long.
In my experience after 7 days of DF, I normally do two / three days of WF and then I start reintroducing Keto foods slowly but with the aim of eating normally at the end of the 4th or 5th day.

I’d play it safe and stick to a breaking plan of: water; then juice; then veg and fruit; then lentils; then whatever, as ling as it isn’t dry; then whatever; over the course of a week or two. That’s what was necessary for me for two weeks after 12 days and a week dry isn’t too much less than 12 days.
