Doing my first 36 hours!

I’m 21 FTM and have been on testosterone for 10 months. In that time I’ve gained about 30 pounds. I’m fairly muscular, but have gotten a little pudgy in my face and stomach and want to tone up before my college graduation May 13 (82 days away). My goal is to hit 160-165, but more or less just have less of a round face. I’m also technically doing a second puberty and I know that also factors into why I have a pudgy face right now too lol. I’ve been lurking on this sub for a month now and I’ve been doing 16:8 and a couple 24’s but I want to know what kind of schedule would make the most sense for the next 82 days?? For context I used to be a college athlete my first 3 years, but now I workout 4-5 days/week with a few days of cardio on top. I eat high protein, lots of veggies and only cook meals, I rarely eat out.

I think with your timeline of 82 days, a daily 20:4 or even 22:2 + some long 36 hour fasts thrown in, your face and stomach should go down overall. Your food intake seems pretty good.

In terms of timing, from my own experience, eating your last bite of food by 2.00pm or so works on reducing stomach fat. A dietician gave me this advice and I have stuck to that principle.

That being said, with the changes you are going through in mind, I’m not sure if that alters the trajectory.
