Don't love the feeling of a eating anymore?

I just had a steak dinner after a 6 day fast. I broke the fast last night but fasted all day today, so I guess it was off a 24 hour fast. (Jumping into a new 48h fast at 9pm tonight.)

6oz filet, sautéed mushrooms, greens w/cucumber, radish, goat cheese, herb vinaigrette. Tasted delicious. But… I sort of didn’t want to finish eating it. I don’t love the feeling of a full stomach. And I’m not even full full. I didn’t overeat.

I guess this will make the next fast easier! But, my question to more experienced fasters is: Does this feeling go away? I really love food, lol.

I see no one commented, for me personally I’m a super experienced faster and that feeling has never gone away. I HATE to eat. Lol. It’s just something I deal with, keto and OMAD has helped me deal with that.
