I am 5’4 and 175lbs 22F. The biggest thing I hate about my body is my double chin. It is huge. The rest of me isn’t that big but holy shit do I have a double chin. How and what can I do for that? Would IF help?
IF would help in the sense that losing weight would help. It’s not going to specifically target your double chin, you lose fat where your body wants to lose fat. Though for some folks the face is high-ish on the order.
I had a friend with the same thing. Didn’t matter what she did diet/weight loss wise, didn’t change. She ended up getting plastic surgery to fix it. She looked like a million bucks afterward.No idea if this applies to you, but that’s what your question made me think of.
Wim Hof Method. Build up antipose tissue(brown fat) thru breathing, cold exposure and mind set. It will boost your mitochondria which is always good. And it will help burn off extra white fat. Also lay on your back and lift your chin to your chest. Dont do too many reps in a row and take full day breaks between workouts. Easy to strain and pull neck muscles so go easy
