Assuming you’re not underweight and have no major/related medical conditions, your only real concern is electrolytes. Go without them long enough and critical body functions start to fail. Not a concern with intermittent fasting or the occasional 24h fast, but a real concern once you start going longer.
Since you had a small meal you may be OK for awhile, I don’t know. I’m not a doctor or experienced with longer fasts yet.

Basically if you start feeling faint, dizzy, tired etc. you’re probably running low and need to replenish electrolytes.
