Answer

Terrible idea to drink on a fast, forgo your fast and eat a good meal before if you’re gonna be drinking, especially so if you’re drinking to get drunk/heavily. Drinking on an empty stomach sucks there’s no good reason to do it, you’ll get very drunk, dehydrated and nauseous far quicker than drinking on a full stomach, vomiting drunk on an empty stomach is the worst, bile + booze going back up is not the move. Also calories in too lol

Answer

Well you can’t drink while fasting, no. On weekends I do often have one drink on Saturday and one on Sunday or Friday, at least two meals on those days and generally speaking I have one drink between the meals.

If you are alcoholic better to address that first, fasting won’t do as much to improve your health as quitting will. If you are just asking about occasional light drinking, I’ve not found it a problem.

Answer

Light amount of alcohol is ok. I allow myself to have a glass or two of wine with my dinner about 1-2 days/week when I am doing OMAD. But never on an empty stomach. Always accompanied with a water to prevent dehydration. The key is moderation.
